For 3 years I have had a squirrel problem in my attic and a pesky heron landing on my pool screen and leaving me "presents". Thank you for returning the $235 overpayment. I appreciate your honesty and was very happy to receive it. Social Security checks do not go very far and nowhere in my budget were opossums listed! To Ken, Trent, Robert, and Sean: You were all very nice, polite and professional. Please don't take this personally, but I hope I never have to see you again! Andrew, Sean, and Bryan came out to a service call for us to perform work to help get rid of some house guest that didn't belong. When I came home from work they were all very nice and I was explained everything in detail they had done, which was a lot, to help resolve the problem at hand. Everything was very detailed and done with the most expertise. I know in the world we live in now it's few and far between when we take time to stop and say thank you for a job well done. This is the second time we've used your services and I have been extremely satisfied on both occasions. The first time was four years ago when we had possums living in our crawl space underneath the house. The gentleman (can't recall his name) professionally answered all my questions, properly set the traps, captured them, cleaned up any waste left behind and sealed up the area where they were entering in. I have had no further problems with possums... YAY!!! However, squirrels moved into our attic a few weeks ago driving us nuts. I didn't hesitate to call your company again and Greg came to the rescue! Although he had a difficult job facing him, he was not to be undone. The squirrels were entering through the chimney area strategically located on a very high pitched roof. Once he conquered the difficult task of setting a trap there, he was faced with other obstacles in the attic. A wall prevented him from being able to set traps where they needed to be. Again, not to be undone, Greg creatively found a way to get himself, his latter, and traps in position to capture the squirrels. Mission accomplished... YAY!!! He captured mom, dad, and two baby squirrels in a timely manner and professionally sealed the entrance areas. It was a pleasure to work with Greg and I will certainly use your company again should I have any other problems... surely we won't, right? Thanks to Wildlife Solutions I have been sealed from the bottom of my feet to the top of my head!!! Thanks again Greg!

Thanks Greg! We are so happy with the services provided by Greg at our home in Louisville, TN   He captured all the raccoons that had been living around our home for years. Being the animal lover I am, I had to be assured this was being done in a humane way, and that they would be released in a place they could thrive. Greg explained everything and was kind about it. I could see that he too, loved animals and loved his job and had respect for all of God's creatures. We began hearing strange noises in the attic a few weeks ago and called three animal removal firms including yours. You were the most prompt with a return call so Erik was assigned as our Field Technician. He discovered raccoons, squirrels and rats had been inhabiting our attic. We felt violated but Erik went right to work and within two weeks, he trapped several raccoons and opossums lurking around our property and fogged the attic. Erik stopped by almost daily to check the traps and keep the process moving. Robert and his crew were here on Monday to seal our roof and all possible entries. Erik gave us outstanding service, is intelligent and was compassionate with our needs. Erik and Robert are great ambassadors for your firm. We highly recommend your service for anyone unfortunate enough to need it.

I want to write a few words of thanks to Aaron and your company in appreciation of the manner in which you all solved my problem of the squirrels in the attic. When first I called your company for help, your response was immediate; Aaron came the same day to assess the situation. The following day Aaron installed a trap and there was a quick catch. Not only a squirrel but a lactating squirrel was trapped. Subsequent days brought two more squirrels, babies, in the two traps that had been set. After a few days when it had been determined squirrels would no longer be able to enter the closed entry, Aaron arranged for Brad to begin his task of removing the old insulation and installing the new. These gentlemen were very professional and meticulous in their work. They cleaned up any mess that resulted from the job and disposed of the debris. You and your crew did an excellent job and answered all my questions readily. I would be happy to recommend Wildlife Solutions any time. It was a pleasure to work with a company that kept its word in all respects.

We had Leigh Ann out yesterday concerning our Bats. What a professional person. She is well versed on the subject of bats & wild animals. She quickly satisfied our worries and will start on Wednesday getting rid of & preventing our problems. You don't see her kind of customer service in the business world today. We have enjoyed working with Leigh Ann in ridding our home of "critters". Leigh Ann is personable, professional, and prompt. She always arrives when scheduled, and you can tell that she enjoys what she does. She also educated us on animals, animal capture and control, and on how to seal our home to prevent animals from getting in again. We would absolutely recommend her to our friends and family.

I want to thank you for all your help and professional expertise with my otter problem. You have a non replaceable asset in Clent Wilkinson. He is a top shelf man as well as a top shelf field operative. With his help and your help we have successfully practiced humane relocation of two otters so far from my fish farm. Possibly another but time will tell on that prediction. Working with Clent in the removal of the raccoons late last year was successful as well. The raccoons had cost me thousands of dollars of damage. Again successful humane capture and relocation.

Just wanted you to know that, although I was originally nervous about paying the big bucks for your service, I am now an official fan. I contracted with you in 2006 after rats had chewed through my electrical wires in the attic. Your company rid my home of the pests. Then a month or so ago, they were back! Eben was johnny-on-the-spot, found where they had gotten in, put up traps, replaced the baseboard in the pantry, and generally was most helpful. He even showed up on the weekends. And it didn't cost me a penny. So, now I''m rat-free again and most thankful.

In this time in which people are always eager to complain about what went wrong in dealing with businesses, and rightly so, so seldom do they let anyone know how well other incidents and actions of a company, and especially their employees, turned out. This is one of those letters.

Robert should be commended for his "fantastic"attitude. Just wanted to let you know how much I really appreciated Mike's professionalism and courtesy when he was called to my home in July to find a very special cat in our attic. I am writing to commend one of your technicians, Greg. Last week he placed traps in our rear yard – in order to capture a groundhog that’s been “munching” on my garden these past five years. It had driven me “nuts” the entire time – I’m sooooo pleased the problem was solved within 2 days – along with a nasty possum! I would like to commend Robert for his exemplary performance in ridding my home of RATS. This was a harrowing two month adventure. The first company I called spent a lot of time telling me how hard it was to rid a house with a flat roof of these pests. I travel for business often, leaving my wife at home in a rat infested house, complete with noises in the night and bites taken from food in the kitchen. Robert was instrumental in isolating and catching the rats, which required many visits. Robert taught me more about varmints than I will ever want to know. On a quiet October afternoon I began hearing noises coming from my attic. It occurred to me that there might be a critter taking up residence in the attic. In a panic I rushed for the telephone book to look up the number for this problem. In the yellow pages I found the ad for Wildlife Solutions, the ad grabbed my attention.
